According to the law, the reports must be read in court, but I do not understand the reason for not reading the report of the Economic Commission on the important issue of cryptocurrencies, because the reading of this report is delayed every week, so I ask the Speaker and the Presidium to comply.
We also ask the government to consider the need to return to the previous conditions in oil sales, this despite the sanctions, the government needs to take care of the government, so I ask the Minister of Oil and the President to pay attention to oil sales and foreign exchange earnings through this Specialize.
The head of the Economic Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, stating that the suspension of the oil and energy exchange and other oil products that can be supplied has continued, addressed the Minister of Oil:
Mr. Minister of Oil, your first step should be to open up the field of crude oil sales and take this sale out of the traditional mode so that the country’s crude oil sales become fully specialized and operational through the energy exchange.
The Speaker of the Parliament, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, in response to the remarks of this representative, said:
Regarding Note (1) of Article (45) of the Rules of Procedure related to the reading of the reports of the commissions in the court, I must say that according to Note (1) of Article (45) of the Law, commissions can bring if there are minor amendments, but unfortunately it has been drawn up. They make a plan for this comment and present it to the court. In fact, they want to bypass the way of presenting plans and bills, which we do not accept, so if a proposal wants to come with the reports, it must follow the path of bills and plans.
Qalibaf emphasized in the end:
The issue of cryptocurrencies is on the agenda of the Presidium of the Islamic Consultative Assembly and will be read.
