Hossein Ghorbanzadeh, advisor to the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, announced the assignment of the law on cryptocurrencies to the Economic Commission of the Assembly within the next two weeks. According to him, MPs will soon answer questions from Ramzarz activists.
According to digital currency and to Quoted Hossein Ghorbanzadeh, a market reporter, addressed the issue of cryptocurrencies in a part of the House Club room entitled “Capital Gains Tax and Its Impact on the Capital Market,” Ghorbanzadeh said:
Income on labor, or from stock assets or incidental income, these three modes are used for capital gains tax, if a person has assets from Ramzarz, he is subject to one of the above three options and must pay income tax. At the moment, the rules are like this, unless there are specialized meetings to discuss the cryptocurrencies separately.
Adviser to the Speaker announced the enactment of a law on cryptocurrencies in the next two weeks in Parliament and said that the Parliament’s Digital Economy Committee has been given two weeks to propose a suitable law in this area to the Economic Commission.
Ghorbanzadeh announced the presence of members of the Economic Commission in the Club House or parliamentary sessions, and said that members of the Economic Commission would attend and answer questions from Ramzarz activists.
The capital gains tax law can be amended to take into account all aspects of Iran’s economy and the issue of inflation, so as not to offend anyone.
